Over the past 10 years, I’ve guided product and experience teams by blending UX strategy, product strategy, and design leadership to deliver innovative, research-backed solutions for complex digital products. My ability to connect user needs with business goals has helped Fortune 500 companies and mission-driven organizations address challenges with clarity and measurable impact.

I specialize in transforming ambiguity into actionable direction—aligning stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and synthesizing user insights into scalable product and experience strategies. My approach combines systems thinking, data-driven decision making, and storytelling to ensure every solution is both intuitive for users and aligned with organizational objectives.

When I’m not collaborating with teams or mapping the next big user journey, you can find me exploring Atlanta’s artist markets, diving into Greek mythology, or working on my golf swing.

What I Do

💭 The Idea Behind my Logo

I designed my logo using geometric forms to reflect my focus on clarity, structure, and purpose—the same principles I bring to every product I help shape. Inspired by the Double Diamond model, the design nods to my approach to design thinking and problem-solving. Subtly embedded within the mark is the number “3,” also representing my three core practice areas: Strategy, Research, and Design.

My Approach

1. Strategy First, Always

I believe great design starts with clear strategy. Before jumping into solutions, I align with business goals, understand user needs, and define success metrics. This upfront clarity ensures that every decision down the line drives impact, not just output.

2. User-Centered, Research-Led

Empathy is my compass. I ground my work in real user insights, through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral patterns to uncover pain points and unmet needs. This allows me to design experiences that are not only intuitive, but genuinely useful.

3. Systems Thinking Meets Scalability

Whether I’m tackling a full redesign or evolving a product, I think in systems. From information architecture to interaction patterns, I create frameworks that are adaptable, accessible, and built for scale, today and tomorrow.

4. Collaboration is Key

The best outcomes come from cross-functional collaboration. I partner closely with stakeholders, developers, researchers, and content teams to ensure ideas are shaped by diverse perspectives and built to last, from concept to launch.
